Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, you may request a return for the unworn item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Any difference in price for exchanged items will be issued a store credit. Items must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and with the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns postmarked after the 7 day mark can be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. As a small business, we regrettably cannot accept returns or exchanges more than two weeks after original delivery. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not.
Damages and issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This ensures that we can evaluate the issue at once and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, underwear, or custom products- such as special orders or items that have been altered.
